Getting started
- Create an account and confirm your email address with the link we send.
- Create your workspace: your agency name, your country and the markets you sell into.
- Tell us what kind of business you are, so the workspace shows the right starting points.
- Choose a plan and start the trial, or look around first and choose later under Usage & Billing.
- Invite your team under Settings, Team.
Roles and permissions
- Owner: Everything, including billing, integrations and deleting the workspace
- Admin: Team, workspace settings and all research, audit and CRM work
- Analyst: Research businesses, run audits, manage reports and prospects
- Sales: Work assigned prospects, CRM activities and outreach drafts
- Viewer: Read-only access to audits, reports and the pipeline
Every workspace keeps at least one owner. Only owners can make someone else an owner, manage billing or delete the workspace.
How credits work
Work the platform does for you costs credits; browsing, editing and managing your pipeline do not. The cost of each action is listed on the pricing page.
- Your plan adds its monthly allowance at the start of each monthly period, also on yearly billing.
- Unused plan credits expire at the end of the period. Top-up credits are used after the allowance and last twelve months.
- Credits are reserved when an action starts. If it fails, they are returned automatically.
- Upgrading adds the difference in allowance at once. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
- Every movement is listed in the credit ledger under Usage & Billing.
Plans, trials and billing
- Payments run through Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- The trial needs a card, is available once per workspace, and becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel.
- Change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel in the billing portal.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days. During that time you keep access but no new monthly credits are added until it is paid.
- Enterprise contracts are invoiced directly; contact us.
Security
- Turn on two-factor sign-in under Settings, Account. Keep the recovery codes somewhere safe.
- After eight wrong passwords or codes in a row, an account locks for fifteen minutes.
- Changing your password signs out your other devices.
- Owners and admins can see the history of changes to the workspace.
API
The REST API under /api/v1 reads the pipeline, looks up websites, creates prospects, starts audits and downloads reports. On the Agency and Enterprise plans, owners and admins create API keys under Settings, Integrations. Endpoints, limits and errors are in the API reference.
