The agreement
These terms are a contract between MM Two Digital FZE LLC ("we") and the organization that creates a workspace ("you"). The person who signs up confirms they may bind that organization. The service is for business use only.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us at once about unauthorised access.
Plans, trials and credits
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- A free trial is available once per workspace, requires a payment method and converts to a paid plan when it ends unless cancelled before.
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Unused plan credits expire at the end of each monthly period. Top-up credits are valid for twelve months from purchase.
- Credits have no cash value and are not refundable, except where the law requires.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If a payment fails we retry; access may be limited if it remains unpaid.
Prices and tax
Prices are shown without tax. Applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout. We may change prices with [30] days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy.]
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.
Third-party data and services
Some features rely on third-party data sources and services. Their terms apply to that data, and we may change or remove a source if its provider changes its terms. Findings are produced by automated checks and can be wrong; review them before relying on them or sharing them.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you put into the service. You can export it at any time. After a workspace is deleted, its data is purged after 30 days.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service unless agreed in a separate contract.
Liability

Termination
We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, after notice where reasonable.
