This policy keeps the service lawful and fair for the businesses you research and for other customers.
You may not
- Use the service, its exports or its browser extension to scrape Google Maps or other sites in breach of their terms.
- Try to work out who owns or manages a Business Profile through methods the platform does not provide, or present guesses as facts.
- Send unsolicited messages that break anti-spam or marketing laws in the recipient's country (for example consent rules for email and calls).
- Misrepresent audit findings, invent results, or present demo data as real.
- Harass, threaten or deceive the businesses you contact.
- Upload data you have no right to use, or personal data without a lawful basis.
- Probe, overload or attack the service or the websites it checks, or get around credit limits, rate limits or plan restrictions.
- Resell access to the service without a written agreement with us.
- Share accounts between people. Each user needs their own seat.
Contacting businesses
Outreach drafts are written by you or drafted by the assistant for your review. You are responsible for every message you send and for honouring opt-out requests.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend a workspace that breaks this policy. Report misuse to hello@localios.com.
